Responsibilities
- Support our Nordic Commercial and Partner Management teams with insights, dashboards and performance tracking across loans, insurance and savings.
- Build and automate reporting in Power BI and Looker Studio to enable smarter, faster decisions across teams.
- Analyse profitability, funnel performance and conversion flows – and identify where and how to improve.
- Collaborate with Sales and Strategy to track and forecast B2C results, and prepare data‑driven material for partner reviews.
- Work across multiple data sources (BigQuery, CRM, web analytics) to ensure consistent, reliable and actionable insights.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics or commercial roles, ideally within fintech or financial services.
- Strong analytical and technical skill set: advanced SQL (BigQuery), solid Excel/Sheets skills and experience with Power BI.
- Experience using Python or R for modelling, forecasting or customer segmentation is a plus.
- Understanding of financial modelling, forecasting and unit economics – and how marketing, conversion and cost interact.
- Comfortable working with GA4 and web data to link user behaviour to commercial outcomes.
- Experience with budgeting, attribution or CRM/telemarketing analysis is a strong advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise way.
