About the role
- Marketing Analyst organizing events and coordinating marketing activities at Elgin. Involves collaboration across marketing and product engineering teams in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Full organization of trade shows and events in coordination with the coordinator, providing all logistics and resources required by each activity;
- Requesting quotes for materials, preparing purchase orders, and managing payments, invoices and tax documents;
- Coordinating the production of creative assets, promotional pieces, and product packaging for Elgin Automação for product launches and events, working with the marketing, product engineering and sales teams;
- Controlling and organizing materials in inventory;
- Reporting activities through monthly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (advantageous);
- Availability to travel nationally within Brazil.
