About the role

  • Manager II of Financial Operations overseeing daily operations for various Finance functions. Fostering collaboration while ensuring productivity and work-life balance in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily operations of several units of similar complexity for Finance functional areas
  • Anticipating change and emerging customer and associate needs
  • Developing staffing models and inventory reduction plans
  • Anticipating problems and opportunities within the units managed and determining resolutions
  • Acting as a mentor for others
  • Creating and developing partnerships with other departments
  • Hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of direct reports

Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 5 years experience with operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting and multi-state operations and processes
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Experience with complex business environments including multiple entity and highly automated situations strongly preferred
