Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operations of several units of similar complexity for Finance functional areas
- Anticipating change and emerging customer and associate needs
- Developing staffing models and inventory reduction plans
- Anticipating problems and opportunities within the units managed and determining resolutions
- Acting as a mentor for others
- Creating and developing partnerships with other departments
- Hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of direct reports
Requirements
- Requires minimum of 5 years experience with operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting and multi-state operations and processes
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Experience with complex business environments including multiple entity and highly automated situations strongly preferred
