About the role
- Finance Operations Specialist managing banking relationships and financial covenants. Responsibilities include debt projection and compliance support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with banks, credit rating agencies and trustees/fiduciary agents;
- Calculate, monitor, report and control the company's financial and non-financial covenants;
- Update the financial projection model for banks and rating agencies;
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for bank onboarding and eligibility;
- Provide support for financial operations and capital markets activities;
- Review, control and forecast financial expenses (finance costs);
- Prepare the debt notes in the financial statements and provide audit support;
- Prepare, complete and follow up on the FRE (CVM), as well as all regulatory obligations with the CVM (Brazilian Securities Commission);
- Support the development, updating and maintenance of institutional presentations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with debt management and financial projections.
- Experience in bank relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced English.
- Postgraduate degree/MBA is desirable.
