Responsibilities
Obtain monthly and quarterly client statements from investment managers and custodians
Enter market values and cash flows from the investment manager and custodian statements in the investment software platform for each account in which the client is invested, while problem solving any discrepancies in performance calculations and reconciling performance returns across sources
Understand and analyze all asset classes in clients’ portfolios such as equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds and private equity
Monitor market trends and monthly performance results for all asset classes
Participate in team and firm projects upon request, which may include creating charts/graphs for client deliverables and data analysis
Assist Research team in generating reports and collecting data from eVestment, Bloomberg, Morningstar, and FactSet
Organize weekly agendas for investment committee meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes
Provide day-to-day client support: respond to client, manager, and custodian inquiries, explain performance results to the client team when requested, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Support asset class leaders with investment manager research by collecting/analyzing data, attending investment manager meetings, and helping create client-ready deliverables, education materials, and manager reports/analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
