Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field
a minimum of 9 years related experience;
any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Strongly preferred MA/MS/MBA degree and HR related designation.
Prior people management of teams with 7+ direct reports strongly preferred.
