Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a professional focused on optimizing the conversion rate of the self-service platform. This person will work to reduce friction in the digital journey of small advertisers, maximizing acquisition marketing ROI.
  • This role sits at the intersection of data, consumer psychology and user experience (UX), ensuring every click on the platform has the highest possible chance of becoming a live campaign.

Requirements

  • Map the entire SMB customer journey, identifying stages where users are abandoning the platform.
  • Monitor conversion rates from lead acquisition through to payment completion (Billing).
  • Plan, run and analyze multivariate and A/B tests on critical elements such as landing pages, checkout flows and creative upload interfaces.
  • Conduct usability testing and funnel analyses on the platform.
  • Develop conversion hypotheses using psychological triggers and offer personalization to accelerate purchase decisions.
  • Work directly with Product Owners (POs) and the UX/CX team to implement improvements based on user behavior and prioritize product changes with the greatest impact on ROI and CAC reduction.
  • Use behavioral analytics and CRM tools (HubSpot) to combine quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Optimize landing pages for market-education campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and behavioral data analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and applied statistics for business.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and the sales funnel.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or Tableau).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
