About the role

  • Sales Development Representative for Dutch speaking market at Eletive, engaging organizations in the Netherlands. Driving new business opportunities for employee engagement platform.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospects’ needs and identifying if Eletive is the right fit
  • Book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives and help build a strong sales pipeline
  • Use modern tools and AI-driven technology to identify and reach decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with AEs and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM and ensure structured follow-ups

Requirements

  • Speak and write Dutch fluently (native or near-native level)
  • Are comfortable communicating in English
  • Enjoy talking to new people and building relationships
  • Are curious, driven, and resilient
  • Like structured ways of working and clear goals
  • Want to build a long-term career in SaaS sales
  • Have some previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment (a plus, not a must!)
