About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for the entire sales cycle in the DACH region for elearnio's SaaS solutions. Collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing to optimize processes and acquire new customers.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle through to contract signing and work closely with Customer Success and Marketing
  • Your role requires a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, confident stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to solving potential customers’ challenges
  • Qualify and analyze the customer situation across the organization and develop business cases for elearnio based on these insights
  • Conduct online demos and presentations, providing a detailed overview of our service offering with the goal of acquiring new customers
  • Work closely with Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize processes and services in the interest of our customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders—particularly in HR and at the C-level
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally in a mid-market/SME environment
  • Solid experience in realistic forecasting and a proven track record of meeting (or exceeding) sales targets on time
  • Strong active listening skills and focused, confident, proactive communication
  • Interest in technology products and software, particularly in the EdTech space
  • Ability to earn the trust and enthusiasm of potential customers through a positive, energetic, and creative approach
  • German at native level (C2)
