Account Executive responsible for the entire sales cycle in the DACH region for elearnio's SaaS solutions. Collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing to optimize processes and acquire new customers.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle through to contract signing and work closely with Customer Success and Marketing
Your role requires a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, confident stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to solving potential customers’ challenges
Qualify and analyze the customer situation across the organization and develop business cases for elearnio based on these insights
Conduct online demos and presentations, providing a detailed overview of our service offering with the goal of acquiring new customers
Work closely with Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize processes and services in the interest of our customers
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders—particularly in HR and at the C-level
Develop and execute lead generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally in a mid-market/SME environment
Solid experience in realistic forecasting and a proven track record of meeting (or exceeding) sales targets on time
Strong active listening skills and focused, confident, proactive communication
Interest in technology products and software, particularly in the EdTech space
Ability to earn the trust and enthusiasm of potential customers through a positive, energetic, and creative approach
German at native level (C2)
