Driving operational excellence across the firm’s multi‑office practice
Overseeing firmwide operations processes, technology enablement, compliance, and strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth
Maintaining and enhancing business continuity program
Expanding the breadth and value of strategic procurement as an enterprise function
Advancing Environmental, Social and Governance/Responsible Ownership program
Managing applicable technologies, budgeting and internal reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, ideally within a CPA firm or professional services environment.
Demonstrated success managing multi‑office operations and large, cross‑functional teams.
Strong understanding of firm workflows, regulatory requirements, and seasonal business cycles.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change‑management skills.
Experience with practice management systems, workflow tools, and accounting technology platforms.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the firm and with external partners.
