INVOICES & CONTRACTS – Prepare incoming invoices, track approvals and deadlines, keep tidy records; coordinate purchase orders and supplier communication.
DAILY OPS – Triage and prioritize email and mail inboxes, route items to the correct owners, and coordinate internal meetings.
