Responsibilities

  • You take commercial responsibility for our spare parts and accessories business
  • You develop innovative monetization concepts
  • You design new service products
  • You plan and manage campaigns
  • You are responsible for refurbishment strategies
  • You develop fixed-price repair models

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Service Management, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in product management, service management, or after sales, ideally in an international environment
  • Knowledge of lifecycle management for services/products and a strong understanding of customer expectations in the after-sales area
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking
  • High customer orientation and goal-driven approach
  • Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
