Requirements

Knowledge of lifecycle management for services/products and a strong understanding of customer expectations in the after-sales area
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Strategic and conceptual thinking
High customer orientation and goal-driven approach
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
