About the role

  • Senior Facility Manager providing strategic oversight of facilities management for Cushman & Wakefield. Leading operational continuity and compliance initiatives across multiple sites in India.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership across all building and township facilities
  • Ensure reliability, operational continuity, and proactive risk mitigation
  • Lead high‑level coordination with contractors and suppliers
  • Direct vendor and contract lifecycle management
  • Represent the organization in engagements with statutory authorities

Requirements

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering; OR a Bachelor’s Degree with extensive experience
  • Advanced certifications or training in FM, EHS, or operations leadership are preferred
  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in facility management
  • Deep expertise in FM operations—engineering, life safety, custodial, general maintenance, and workplace services
  • Strong capabilities in contractor and vendor governance, commercial management, SLA/ KPI tracking
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, compliance documentation, regulatory reporting
