Responsibilities
Lead the cross-site team responsible for the development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
Responsible for the further development, smooth operation and integration of the BC/NAV ERP system across Einhell's international sales subsidiaries.
Technical implementation and enhancement of Einhell-specific BC Core Apps in the areas of purchasing, logistics, sales, order processing, service and finance.
Develop interfaces (e.g., via API, web services) and extensions within BC (AL, Extensions).
Responsible for quality assurance, release and change management for the BC systems.
Ensure system availability, performance, security and data integrity.
Create technical solution designs based on functional requirements and further develop the BC Core Apps together with your team.
Collaborate with other IT areas to develop cross-departmental and integrated IT systems.
Deliver tailored, timely solutions for BC rollouts in the respective country organizations.
Coach, develop and motivate the team.
Manage service providers and external developers.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in the development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (including NAV).
Solid knowledge of AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, Extensions and the system architecture of Dynamics BC.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell and MS SQL Server is required.
Experience in leading teams and/or project groups.
Good knowledge of adjacent IT systems (e.g., SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure Services).
Experience in project management, ideally with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel.
