Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our employees and provide competent, friendly, and solution-oriented support for all HR-related questions
You keep our employee master data up to date at all times and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes – including the preparation of all necessary documents
You ensure that applications are processed quickly and professionally during recruitment, communicate directly with applicants, and publish job postings on appropriate platforms
You coordinate and create onboarding plans for new colleagues and make their start with us welcoming, structured, and motivating
You keep track of vacation, working hours, and absences
You collect, verify, and prepare all relevant data for payroll reliably
You actively participate in our workplace health promotion measures and thus contribute to a healthy, motivated team
Requirements
You have completed a commercial/vocational training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or hold a comparable qualification
You have initial professional experience in the HR field
You are confident using Office programs and have ideally worked with an HRM/HRIS system
You are a strong communicator, well organized, and able to maintain an overview even when handling many tasks
Discretion, a sense of responsibility, and a structured approach to work are natural for you
You enjoy administrative tasks and direct contact with people
You have very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills
