- Business Operations Manager driving strategic initiatives in Payments and Identity Risk at Early Warning Services. Fulfilling a critical role in capacity management and quarterly planning with senior leaders.

Requirements
- Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Planview or similar (Clarity, SPM, EPPM, etc.) with focus on demand planning, resource allocation, cost center management, and data hygiene.
- Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Proven track record of collaboration, with experience working well across diverse teams and with external partners.
- Curiosity about markets, competition, and strategy, including how companies build durable competitive advantages.
- Excellent storytelling and executive influence skills (written memos / slide presentations / verbal communications), with the ability to synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
