About the role

  • Business Operations Manager driving strategic initiatives in Payments and Identity Risk at Early Warning Services. Fulfilling a critical role in capacity management and quarterly planning with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvements, financial prudence, and operational agility.
  • Ensures operational excellence, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives and overall growth in a competitive environment.
  • Tackles hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation.
  • Drives strategic decisions by crisply diagnosing a problem space, evaluating potential strategic responses, and outlining coherent actions and key tradeoffs.
  • Prepares business updates and assists in follow-up and resolution for specific projects and their impact on company-wide priorities.
  • Partners closely with teams across functions to influence their direction and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Requirements

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Planview or similar (Clarity, SPM, EPPM, etc.) with focus on demand planning, resource allocation, cost center management, and data hygiene.
  • Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Proven track record of collaboration, with experience working well across diverse teams and with external partners.
  • Curiosity about markets, competition, and strategy, including how companies build durable competitive advantages.
  • Excellent storytelling and executive influence skills (written memos / slide presentations / verbal communications), with the ability to synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
