Responsibilities
- Managing labeling project for TMTT business unit
- Partnering with the business to determine ideal labeling for products prepared for launch
- Owning the content for labeling and acting as the requestor for projects
- Determining and discerning detailed requirements on small-to-mid scale projects
- Establishing project deliverables and developing the project management plan
- Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
- Leading the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan
- Actively managing project risk
- Assessing project performance to monitor progress and identify variances
- Developing and implementing corrective actions
- Communicating to all stakeholders
- Establishing project expectations, coordinating team members, and managing stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years hands on experience managing small-to-mid scale projects or equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management system
- Prior manufacturing, quality or labeling experience
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Moderate understanding of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing project plans
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strict Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment, including the ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
