About the role
- Project Manager leading strategic programs and managing projects in hybrid mode at Central Ailos in Blumenau.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and regulatory programs, defining scope, critical milestones and cross-functional integration to ensure alignment with strategy and predictability of deliveries.
- Manage budget, suppliers and risks, ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the executive focal point, leading forums, strategic communication and governance to promote transparency and engagement.
- Foster synergy across projects and matrix teams, encouraging collaboration, autonomy and high-impact deliveries.
- Schedule planning (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Manage risks, scope, costs and quality.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Hybrid work in Blumenau.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Completed postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Technology or Business.
- Certifications: PMP (mandatory); SAFe and PMI-ACP.
- English (intermediate).
- Experience with methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Traditional (PMBOK).
- Previous experience coordinating projects or providing project support.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in problem solving and decision making.
- Experience leading complex projects, managing strategic KPIs and expertise in hybrid methodologies.
- Strategic leadership, organizational influence, business acumen, high risk appetite, governance, high-level negotiation skills, change management and a project-oriented culture.
