About the role

  • Agile Coach facilitating agile transformation and continuous improvement for squads in the financial sector. Supporting Scrum Masters and promoting agile practices for enhanced team maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of agile practices across tribes and squads, promoting an agile culture and a product mindset focused on value, while facilitating alignment and synchronization ceremonies.
  • Identify organizational impediments and coordinate their removal with leaders and partner areas, as well as support Scrum Masters in resolving complex issues.
  • Measure and improve teams' agile maturity, define evolution plans, and monitor flow and health metrics (such as lead time and throughput) at the tribe level.
  • Structure and lead organizational retrospective cycles, develop and mentor Scrum Masters, and promote discovery and experimentation practices focused on validated learning.
  • Promote visual management practices and transparency, and work with leadership to align governance cadence, prioritization criteria and decision-making.
  • Support backlog definition and demand prioritization.
  • Implement and ensure agile processes are aligned with internal and external policies.
  • Monitor adherence to the adopted agile frameworks.
  • Understand the organizational context and recommend appropriate agile approaches.
  • Structure Chapters and Guilds to develop competencies.
  • Track project deliveries in coordination with the portfolio.
  • Promote engagement in the pursuit of quality and productivity.

Requirements

  • Availability to work on-site in Blumenau.
  • Solid experience as an Agile Coach in dynamic environments, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Completed postgraduate degree in: Business Management, Business Administration, Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, UX, OKR, Lean Inception, Lean Thinking, team facilitation, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, flow metrics, agile metrics, Microsoft Office, and Azure DevOps.
  • Skills in organizational change management.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Desirable certifications: ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), among others.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and digital transformation.
  • Previous experience in financial institutions.
  • Advanced English.
