About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop agile leadership roles (Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Test Architects)
- Coach agile leadership roles to enable high performing teams
- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives and improvements via your team
- Collaborate closely with Agile Release Trains and other stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and release excellence
- Ensure that verification and releasing can be executed according to agreed release milestones
- Ensure DevOps practices and capabilities to support development and releasing
- Ensure full transparency into planned and ongoing initiatives
- Drive test competence development across Software Solutions
- Drive change management and leadership practices, ensuring teams adapt effectively to evolving business needs
- Promote a culture of engagement, innovation, and openness within Software Solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading agile leaders in a software environment
- Strong background in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe (additional training will be provided if needed)
- Proven experience in driving implementation of strategic initiatives and improvements
- Experience with DevOps, test and releasing practices
- Prior experience within a regulated industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and lead through complexity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English for effective collaboration in a global setting
