About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary agile teams formed to accelerate the evolution of software products, aiming to achieve results and benefits agreed with the organization.
- Continuously identify team bottlenecks, propose improvement plans and productivity gains through PDCA cycles.
- Apply agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, to enhance team performance and deliveries.
- Gather metrics and indicators that clearly measure the physical progress of deliverables, such as burndown, burnup, velocity, and others.
- Use Jira at an advanced level, updating all cards, creating filters, reports, charts, and dashboards to support necessary analyses.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, supporting product planning, roadmap creation, storyboard/User Story Mapping, and backlog definition/prioritization. Provide guidance on writing User Stories.
- Work with peers and leadership to remove impediments that could compromise sprint outcomes.
- Lead immersion ceremonies such as Inception and run functional and technical refinement sessions.
- Deliver detailed executive presentations of status reports on the delivery pipeline and the progress of major epics and releases.
- Resolve conflicts, facilitate discussions to settle disputes and promote collaboration.
- Support the manager in squad financial control, reviewing planned costs and tracking actuals to manage the financial balance.
- Facilitate and organize ceremonies and rituals required for delivery progress.
Requirements
- Scrum Master certification (CSM), PMI-ACP, Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of software engineering processes and procedures required to produce software products and systems.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience with agile practices, leading agile teams.
- Experience in software development projects (applications, portals, digital products, AI solutions operating integrated with management systems such as Salesforce and SAP).
- Knowledge of agile methods and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Canvas, Scrum of Scrums).
- Experience with team and delivery-pipeline productivity performance metrics.
- Experience applying Lean Agile concepts.
- Experience with executive-level presentations.
- Previous experience with work organization tools (Azure and/or Jira).
