Responsibilities

• Advocate for agile values and principles.
• Support teams in their pursuit of self-organization using Scrum or Kanban.
• Inspire continuous growth and innovation.
• Improve communication and collaboration.
• Tailor agile practices to the needs of the organization.

Requirements

• Scrum Master certification in a SAFe context.
• Ideally completed ITIL training or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with BSI IT-Grundschutz or willingness to acquire the required knowledge.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
