About the role
- Scrum Master ensuring Agile/Scrum compliance and team collaboration for Metaline's strategic mission. Engaging with Product Owner and stakeholders to optimize workflows and product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the Agile/Scrum framework and associated roles
- Ensure the implementation and sustainability of the company's reference framework
- Organize, plan and facilitate all ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives
- Define, track and update product performance indicators in collaboration with the delivery team
- Ensure flow efficiency (workflows, dependencies, capacity, impediments)
- Build and maintain a dependency map
- Establish regular reporting of flow performance metrics
- Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify the backlog and maximize delivered value
- Facilitate each team member's work and ensure a smooth working environment
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote collaboration, communication and conflict resolution
- Support the team in skills development
- Build and track a continuous improvement plan
- Create positive momentum and strengthen team cohesion
- Actively contribute to the operation of the Train NOE
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Prepare and facilitate the team's participation in PI Planning, in coordination with the RTE
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience in a SAFe environment
- Experience in an IT department (DSI) and/or in industrial or retail projects is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP environments desired
