Responsibilities
Testing roadmap: You create and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap and run the entire process from hypothesis through to analysis.
Funnel building: You design and build high-performing landing pages, front-end offers, and upsell funnels to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Team management: You manage an interdisciplinary team of developers, copywriters and designers to implement optimizations and new funnels.
Analysis & user research: You use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify weaknesses in the user journey and develop data-driven solutions.
Event management: You plan and manage sales events in the online shop and ensure smooth technical and content implementation.
Requirements
Solid expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Proven experience in building landing pages and funnels.
Advanced skills in Direct Response copywriting.
Confident in using common A/B testing tools.
Proficient with the Shopify ecosystem and integration of relevant apps.
