Responsibilities
Ensure schools' engagement in the Edify journey by interacting directly with teachers and pedagogical coordinators at partner schools;
Ensure customer adoption of the product journey;
Play a central role in securing engagement throughout the customer journey, with a special focus on coordinators and teachers in the assigned school portfolio;
Monitor customer adoption of the journey by conducting meetings, providing materials, and executing activities to ensure customer success;
Maintain close relationships with coordinators and teachers, becoming a trusted point of contact;
Stay up to date with updates and new features of our digital products.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of customer management tools (CRM) and Excel.
Strong written skills and interpersonal communication.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good written and verbal communication, with an empathetic approach to client interactions.
Proactive in supporting requests and collaborating with the team to find solutions.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow in the Customer Experience field.
