About the role

  • SEO/SEA Manager focusing on online marketing strategies for ECOMMERCE ONE. Involves campaign management, SEO optimization, and performance analysis with interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management, optimization and further development of our SEA accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
  • Analysis, planning and implementation of SEO measures (On-page & Off-page) to improve visibility and reach
  • Continuous monitoring of campaigns and reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Identification of growth opportunities, development of new approaches and testing of innovative campaign ideas
  • Close coordination with Sales, Content, Product and external partners to leverage synergies and improve overall performance

Requirements

  • Several years of practical experience in SEA and SEO, ideally in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable measures
  • Confident use of Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, Sistrix or comparable tools
  • Self-organized, deadline-aware and solution-oriented
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
