- Support the Procurement team in analyzing quotes and proposals.
- Monitor orders, deadlines, and deliveries, providing support for the management of the purchasing process.
- Update spreadsheets and dashboards, ensuring reliable data for decision-making.
- Contribute to the mapping and improvement of internal processes.
- Assist in communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Help organize documents, contracts, and records in the ERP.
Requirements
- Fields of study: Systems Analysis, Engineering, Logistics, Materials, Quality Management, Mathematics, or related areas.
- Comfortable working with data analysis, including creating reports and dashboards.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (desirable).
- Ability to understand and map procurement and supply chain processes.
- Interest in the renewable energy sector, especially wind and solar.
- Familiarity with ERP systems — SAP (a plus).
