Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio of projects and contracts, ensuring delivery deadlines, scope, costs and quality of deliverables;
Plan and prioritize demands according to the operational capacity of the teams;
Monitor SLAs, KPIs and delivery performance indicators;
Work together with Project Managers and Tech Leads to ensure predictability of deliveries;
Lead and develop technical teams, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence;
Act as the clients' operational focal point, leading meetings and executive-level follow-ups;
Anticipate risks, address deviations and propose solutions to ensure client satisfaction;
Promote standardization, continuous improvement and integration between Delivery, Commercial and Technology.
Requirements
Experience managing projects, services and software/systems development on the IBM Mainframe platform.
Experience in contract management, SLAs and performance indicators in technology and software companies.
Knowledge of management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, ITIL).
Ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with project management and tracking tools.
