- Coordinating with external auditors and supporting audit activities
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
- Reviewing reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts)
- Supporting financial planning, cost control, and management reporting
- Supervising junior accounting staff and ensuring adherence to internal controls
- Assisting in improving accounting systems, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
