About the role

  • Account Manager focusing on e-commerce and retail media strategies for pharma brands. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize client performance and manage key accounts throughout project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts in the Amazon and online/mail-order pharmacy space
  • Project management across the entire retail media strategy: from briefing and execution to reporting on key KPIs
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal specialist teams (Advertising, Content, Operations, Tech/BI) and our clients
  • Develop growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Responsible for timelines, budgets, and client communication
  • Participate in industry events, strategy meetings, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' professional experience in online marketing, e‑commerce, or OTC/FMCG
  • Structured project management skills with a good understanding of digital business models and performance marketing
  • Experience in brand management, online advertising, or account handling
  • Analytical thinking, high self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German (native or C2) and good English skills
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence in client meetings
  • Good time management and a structured way of working
  • Proficient with common office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
  • Nice to have: experience with Amazon Advertising, media buying, or retail media for online/mail-order pharmacies
