Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing plan aligned with EasyJur's growth objectives.
Set clear priorities across branding, demand generation, product and content.
Translate strategy into goals, OKRs and actionable metrics.
Structure and optimize acquisition channels (content, paid media, SEO, events, partnerships, ABM).
Ensure volume and quality of MQLs and SQLs in collaboration with the sales team.
Monitor the full funnel: Lead → Opportunity → Sale.
Work closely with Product and Sales to refine value proposition, ICP-targeted messaging, and sales materials (pitches, decks, case studies, one-pagers).
Support feature and offer launches.
Coordinate vendors, freelancers and/or analysts.
Ensure organization of processes, calendar, rituals and deliverables.
Serve as a technical and methodological reference for the team.
Track and analyze marketing and revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, channel ROI).
Make data-driven decisions, not on hunches.
Report results clearly to leadership.
Requirements
Previous experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Proven experience with demand generation and managing the sales funnel.
Hands-on execution capability combined with strategic vision.
Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
Clear, concise and direct communication.
Bachelor's degree.
