About the role

  • Analyst of Marketing at EasyJur connecting strategy and execution to boost qualified pipeline generation. Working collaboratively with sales and product teams to evolve the marketing operation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing plan aligned with EasyJur's growth objectives.
  • Set clear priorities across branding, demand generation, product and content.
  • Translate strategy into goals, OKRs and actionable metrics.
  • Structure and optimize acquisition channels (content, paid media, SEO, events, partnerships, ABM).
  • Ensure volume and quality of MQLs and SQLs in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor the full funnel: Lead → Opportunity → Sale.
  • Work closely with Product and Sales to refine value proposition, ICP-targeted messaging, and sales materials (pitches, decks, case studies, one-pagers).
  • Support feature and offer launches.
  • Coordinate vendors, freelancers and/or analysts.
  • Ensure organization of processes, calendar, rituals and deliverables.
  • Serve as a technical and methodological reference for the team.
  • Track and analyze marketing and revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, channel ROI).
  • Make data-driven decisions, not on hunches.
  • Report results clearly to leadership.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven experience with demand generation and managing the sales funnel.
  • Hands-on execution capability combined with strategic vision.
  • Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
  • Clear, concise and direct communication.
  • Bachelor's degree.
