About the role
- Senior Product Consultant working with European energy market key players on trading solutions. Managing projects, analyzing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the European energy market
- Plan, implement and manage projects in the areas of energy trading, risk management, sales trading, cloud hosting, and related domains
- Analyze business and IT processes, identify requirements, and design trading solutions
- Improve customers' use of our solutions and optimize their individual setups
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction as the primary contact for our clients
- Help develop our products in a changing and growing market
- Expand your knowledge of energy trading and trading technologies
- Support our sales team with your expertise
Requirements
- Valid work permit
- Degree in (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration, or a comparable field/training
- Solid practical experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, and the design/specification of trading solutions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and an independent, highly precise working style
- Strong passion for IT; knowledge of hosting, cloud, infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML or development skills is a plus
- Willingness to tackle project challenges to deliver and implement customer requirements
- Ideally some prior experience in energy/commodity trading and customer acquisition
- Very good English skills (C1)
- Good German skills are welcome
