About the role
- Technical Product Specialist managing customer demonstrations and market launch strategies at Big Dutchman. Engaging with customers to gather feedback and ensure successful product deployment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver on-site customer demonstrations for “Sharky” (including structured onboarding up front: training and hands-on product onboarding for “Sharky”)
- Capture customer feedback in a structured way, document it, and relay it to Product Management and R&D
- Support product and system tests as part of continuous product improvement and evaluate results
- Provide organizational support for the market launch (processes, materials, demo setup, travel planning)
- Ensure safe transport and operation of the robot (including trailer towing)
Requirements
- Driving license class BE (required for transport)
- Technical curiosity and the ability to explain solutions clearly and understandably
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel for customer appointments and demonstrations
- Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus, but not required
