About the role

  • Payroll Analyst managing HR functions at E.ON Business Services in Cluj. Supporting payroll and reimbursement processes, data management in SAP, and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Update data in SAP (timesheets, vacations, personal deductions, sanctions) and handle medical and annual leave
  • Prepare templates for salary advances and payments, manage transactions on banking platforms, and reconcile with finance departments
  • Generate and submit D112/D205 forms and prepare files for reimbursement of medical leave allowances
  • Handle employee requests via My HR and HR Direct (tickets, phone, email) and manage platform content
  • Verify and process travel documents, calculate costs, and update data in SAP and internal applications
  • Archive physical and electronic documents, prepare income certificates and reports based on SAP HR data
  • Ensure adherence to internal regulations, maintain data confidentiality, and provide support for digitalization initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed university studies, ideally in the economic field
  • Specialization courses in human resources; knowledge of labor legislation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll and reimbursement
