About the role

  • Digital Technology PM/PMO Manager managing program controlling for strategic digital projects at E.ON. Leading governance design and reporting for digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare senior stakeholder communications, decision papers, and Steering Committee materials to steer program direction with key decision-makers.
  • Support the design and implementation of project governance to enable efficient decision-making, reporting and communication across all stakeholders.
  • Own program controlling activities, including alignment with central Controlling (BuCo), root-cause analyses, forecasts, P&L, etc.
  • Monitor and report project risks autonomously and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Operationally manage external partners, including onshore and offshore resources, using the appropriate frameworks and internal processes (e.g., vendor ordering, time booking approvals).
  • Contribute to our Expert Services practice and participate in capability-building activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in IT projects/programs, with knowledge of project management and agile tools and methods.
  • Multiple years of experience in controlling, finance, or auditing for multinational organisations.
  • Strong consulting skills, including problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and robust organisational and planning abilities.
  • Technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian tools, and relevant controlling applications.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
