Responsibilities
- Manage an Agile Release Train (ART) in its mission to deliver value and achieve program objectives
- Prepare stakeholders for PI Planning, lead the PI Planning Workshop, and enable cross-team syncs
- Track outcomes and flow, remove systemic blockers, and manage dependencies & risks
- Mentor Scrum Masters, POs, and teams on SAFe Lean Agile principles
- Lead teams through effective risk identification in PI Planning
- Drive execution and delivery of a software feature, solution, or product
- Perform program analysis, manage risk, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management
- Continuously assess and improve software development processes while coaching others
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in program/project management, scrum master, or related field.
- SAFe RTE certification preferred
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices
- Proven experience facilitating large-scale agile events
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Advanced JIRA experience including metrics, dashboards, and road maps
- Experience managing commercial software products using agile development practices
- Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for engineering development.
