  • Customer Success Manager managing international B2B clients for AscendAd. Developing trusted relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze user acquisition data attributed to different sources.
  • Daily campaign performance analytics and optimization.
  • Develop new business with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience from digital agencies, ad-tech and online companies - A must.
  • Experience managing international B2B clients - A must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - A must.

  • Positive customer success understanding
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
