About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for driving loan sales and meeting targets in a digital lending company. Requires strong sales execution and credit discipline to ensure sustainable loan performance.

Responsibilities

  • To source clients and develop sales through different media.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate sales by building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, make high-volume sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
  • Using and updating our Sales and marketing CRM, ensuring all customer records are up to date.
  • Ability to make calculations of financial terms and monthly payments.
  • Present, negotiate terms, and overcome objections.
  • Ability to close deals before sending them over to the Credit team for acceptance.
  • Working with the underwriting and credit team to ensure proposals are written in a professional manner that will help the approval process.

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales closure
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and prepare sales presentations
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
