Responsibilities
Monitor and manage general company inboxes, routing messages to appropriate individuals or departments
Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and direct them appropriately
Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with data entry, report generation, and special projects
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases while ensuring confidentiality
Support initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
Centralize and maintain supply ordering across the organization
Assist with documenting, maintaining, and improving internal work processes
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to departments and team members
Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts as directed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience
Financial services or insurance industry experience a plus
Prior experience in a professional, fast-paced environment strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn industry-specific systems, i.e., Applied Epic
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
