About the role
- Data Analyst collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making processes. Collaborating with various departments to maintain and optimize datasets for efficient data storage.
Responsibilities
- Utilize an analytical mindset to collect, organize, and deliver large datasets from multiple channels and sources
- Engage in various analytical tasks, including design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, implementation, monitoring and reporting
- Review and validate data to ensure it meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability
- Support continuous improvements in data collection and delivery processes
- Contribute to the creation of tools for monitoring and reporting
- Proactively analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues, assess their criticality, escalate for timely resolution, and participate in problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data compilation, analysis, and quality assurance

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Data Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
- Experience in related fields preferred. Familiarity and comfort working in a production-based environment
- Experience in data visualization, analysis, statistics and/or data manipulation is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Passionate and curious about data, with the ability to query and analyze datasets to drive fact-based decisions
- Results-oriented and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines
- Strong organization, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
