About the role

  • HR Coordinator supporting human resources functions at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employment records.

Responsibilities

  • Supports human resources functions at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport
  • Assists with the recruitment of associates, managing the hiring and onboarding processes
  • Maintains employment records and oversees airport badging procedures
  • Ensures the upkeep of HR documentation and distributes internal HR communications
  • Performs general administrative functions including generating reports, maintaining employee files, processing changes to employee records in HRMS systems, and maintaining HR data, forms, and documents

Requirements

  • Requires High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
  • Requires knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and data base software
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
  • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
