Responsibilities
Manage a mapped set of MFDs across locations
Build strong engagement through regular calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups
Understand distributor business and identify growth opportunities
Resolve distributor queries in coordination with operations / service team
Drive SIP registrations, gross sales, and net inflows
Increase share of business with mapped distributors
Support cross-sell across Equity, Hybrid, Passive, and Fixed Income products
Activate dormant distributors and increase productivity of existing partners
Improve SIP book and transaction frequency
Ensure regular contact with mapped distributors
Drive participation in Distributor Success initiatives & growth marketing
Promote digital platforms, tools, and investor solutions
Support special initiatives for emerging distributors
Maintain call reports, activity tracker, and pipeline updates
Track AUM, SIP, and sales data for mapped partners
Follow defined engagement cadence
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Mutual Fund / BFSI / Inside Sales / Relationship Management
Good understanding of Mutual Funds / Financial Products preferred
