About the role

  • Account Supervisor managing strategic leadership and project work for an agency. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaign initiatives and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the agency’s work reflects integrated expertise and is executed to the highest quality
  • Ensure all project initiatives are strategically aligned to brand goals
  • Elevate issues and opportunities to the Group Business Director
  • Proactively manage all internal and client relationships
  • Collaborate with the agency team to develop and deliver effective presentations
  • Evaluate creative based on strategy and client needs
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all client-related activities
  • Responsible for workflow across all campaigns and projects
  • Lead meetings by setting expectations for key deliverables
  • Partner with Group Business Director and Senior Leadership on annual SOW

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years of agency or relevant marketing experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven expertise across traditional (emphasis on TV), social and digital channels
  • Strong functional knowledge of the social and digital media ecosystem and data
  • Ability to inspire confidence and growth in agency and client team members
  • Proven strategic thinker
  • Proven ability to supervise and develop team members
  • Self-driven to continuously educate across various disciplines
  • Solutions-focused with a proven ability to think on your feet
