About the role

  • Senior Sales Coordinator managing administrative processes for EMEA Account Managers. Collaborating internally and effectively communicating with key customers and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with dsm Account Managers in targeting key accounts; complex support to account managers and customers with regard to customer relationship management.
  • Developing internal and external relationships in order to obtain relevant information and subsequently communicate to internal regional team.
  • Administrative and documentation duties - e-mails, requests, complaints, inquiries for account managers and from key customers.
  • Working with various dsm-firmenich tools (SAP, CRM, clients’ internal platforms).
  • Cooperation with various internal teams and departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing field or science/technology required; food science degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in sales, sales support, or marketing.
  • Advanced/Intermediate English - at least at B2 level.
  • Ability to be comfortable in working independently and confident in making decisions as it relates to obtaining information for customer requests.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook), experience with SAP would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with various individuals at all functional levels within an organization to meet customer needs and support sales.
