Responsibilities
Collaboration with dsm Account Managers in targeting key accounts; complex support to account managers and customers with regard to customer relationship management.
Developing internal and external relationships in order to obtain relevant information and subsequently communicate to internal regional team.
Administrative and documentation duties - e-mails, requests, complaints, inquiries for account managers and from key customers.
Working with various dsm-firmenich tools (SAP, CRM, clients’ internal platforms).
Cooperation with various internal teams and departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing field or science/technology required; food science degree preferred.
At least 3 years of related experience in sales, sales support, or marketing.
Advanced/Intermediate English - at least at B2 level.
Ability to be comfortable in working independently and confident in making decisions as it relates to obtaining information for customer requests.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook), experience with SAP would be an asset.
Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with various individuals at all functional levels within an organization to meet customer needs and support sales.
