About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst enhancing efficiency for Druva's field sales teams. Collaborating across functions to support sales operations and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the deal flow through Druva’s systems
  • Develop process improvements for sales support
  • Assist with sales and administrative duties for sales representatives
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information involved in the sales process
  • Work with cross-functional teams for sales order processing
  • Collaborate with other Sales Operations admins

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support
  • Proficient user of Salesforce CRM (essential) and Salesforce CPQ
  • Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Professional demeanor with ability to interact with many people
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools
