About the role

  • Brand Partnership Manager responsible for organizing Brand Partnership Events in a rapidly growing startup. Building brand relationships and ensuring seamless event execution in Köln.

Responsibilities

  • You organize our creative Brand Partnership events where brand and experience merge
  • You acquire suitable brand partners, build sustainable relationships, and act as their primary point of contact
  • You serve as the interface between Marketing and the Events team, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication
  • You are personally on site at our brand events, coordinating all participants and making sure everything runs according to plan

Requirements

  • Experience in event management or brand partnership management
  • Well organized, communicative, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Hands-on mentality: you pitch in when it matters and reliably bring projects to completion
  • Willingness to travel for our events in different cities (approx. once a month)
