About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive at Dreamix working with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth. Engaging high-potential prospects and managing the sales cycle across Western Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects - mainly in Western Europe and North America.
  • Build and execute multichannel outbound strategies using your personal network, cold outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email), and industry events.
  • Own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation, to meetings and presentations, to closing the deal and transitioning accounts to the Account Management team.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, report KPIs, and continuously refine your sales approach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve our messaging and sharpen our go-to-market strategy based on real-world insights.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in custom software development or IT services.
  • Have experience working in an international environment with enterprise clients/partners.
  • Are a pure hunter - you love breaking into new accounts and creating opportunities from scratch.
  • Have a consistent track record of building your own sales pipeline, reaching quotas, and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Understand how to map decision-making units, define and target Ideal Customer Profiles, and tailor outreach to Buyer Personas.
  • Are open to learn, curious, sharp-minded, and driven by a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
