Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional strategic account managers to design and execute country-level go-to-market strategies.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in AI optimization for mining process plants.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with regional business objectives. This includes management of the CRM as it relates to the portfolio.
Create and deliver compelling sales materials, presentations, and technical documentation to support customer-facing teams.
Partner with Global Sensors and Analytics resources to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
Drive aftermarket support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and retention for the MetOptima portfolio.
Act as the primary liaison between the AI Delivery Team and Customer Facing Team to ensure seamless system implementation at mine sites.
Monitor performance post-implementation and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
Represent the MetOptima product line in regional and global forums, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
Requirements
Proven experience in product management, preferably within industrial automation, AI, or mining technology sectors.
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and optimize product positioning in competitive markets.
Strong understanding of process plant operations and optimization principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions and time zones.
