About the role

  • MetOptima Commercial Manager overseeing market penetration and sales strategies for AI-driven mining optimization. Collaborating with teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional strategic account managers to design and execute country-level go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in AI optimization for mining process plants.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with regional business objectives. This includes management of the CRM as it relates to the portfolio.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales materials, presentations, and technical documentation to support customer-facing teams.
  • Partner with Global Sensors and Analytics resources to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Drive aftermarket support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and retention for the MetOptima portfolio.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the AI Delivery Team and Customer Facing Team to ensure seamless system implementation at mine sites.
  • Monitor performance post-implementation and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Represent the MetOptima product line in regional and global forums, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within industrial automation, AI, or mining technology sectors.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and optimize product positioning in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of process plant operations and optimization principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions and time zones.
