About the role
- Intern in User Experience Research with Dräger, analyzing user requirements and conducting usability tests. Support a cross-functional team in developing user-friendly concepts for safety technology.
Responsibilities
- Analyze application and user scenarios
- Plan, conduct, analyze and present results of qualitative and quantitative usability tests, user experience tests and user research studies
- Derive actionable recommendations to improve the user experience
- Further develop UX research methods together with a motivated team of UX researchers
- Depending on the requirements of the department and the internship tasks, we offer the possibility to work remotely on certain days.
Requirements
- Enrolled in psychology, business psychology, social sciences, human factors, cognitive science (at least in the fourth semester) or a comparable degree program
- Proficient in MS Office
- Enjoy observing and analyzing
- Passion for current trends in UX, UCD (user-centered design), user research, etc.
