Responsibilities
Support the development of strategy and decision-making for Product and Design teams.
Identify problems and opportunities in product user experience through quantitative and qualitative research.
Serve as a core support function that will impact the outcomes of features, products, and business strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related fields;
Certifications related to UX Design and UX Research;
Strong knowledge and command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies;
Experience with field research techniques and exploratory methodologies;
Previous experience in building digital products;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft strategic storytelling and disseminate research insights;
Experience facilitating co-creation workshops and cross-functional collaboration;
Extensive knowledge of Research Ops and best practices in research processes, atomic research, and building unified repositories;
Strong ability to triangulate multiple data sources to provide different perspectives on the same problem;
Understanding of the strengths and limitations of different research methods, including when and how to apply them based on project phase.
